Russell Bayles
Russell Bayles has been with Oracle for over 17 years in product management and consulting on the manufacturing applications, OPM, Flow, ODM and OSFM. He has over (20) years of professional experience in operations/materials management, sales, production/inventory control, purchasing, shipping and receiving in diverse manufacturing environments. Mr. Bayles has designed and implemented MRP II information systems for process and discrete manufacturers in the food, stainless steel, rubber, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, sheet metal and machine shop environments.
Rich Clayton
Rich Clayton works in Oracle’s new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Global Business Unit and is responsible for driving the global go-to-market strategy for products, channels and sales enablement for the BI and EPM markets. For the last 17 years, Mr. Clayton has been marketing enterprise software applications and technology for large, multi-national companies. At Hyperion, Mr. Clayton was vice president of product marketing responsible for go-to-market planning, product positioning, market strategy, sales enablement and pricing and licensing.
Prior to joining Hyperion, Mr. Clayton was vice president of marketing for a venture backed startup focused on building online e-marketing services for Fortune 1000 companies.
Before marketing enterprise software, Mr. Clayton worked in corporate finance for several years and was a public auditor with McGladery & Pullen.
Mr. Clayton earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loras College.
Stuart Dunsmore
Stuart Dunsmore is recognized as a leader in the areas of Business Process Documentation and End User Adoption. Stuart joined Oracle in 1997, focused on creating tools and methodology to help customers quickly and easily document their business processes and create effective End User training in support of business applications. This combination of user focused documentation has helped Oracle’s customers shorten the time lines and mitigate the risks associated with applications implementation projects, leading to a faster return on investment. The efforts of creating and maintaining this documentation continue to pay dividends for our Customers, supporting the effective use of those applications over time. Stuart is responsible for the development of both Oracle User Productivity Kit and Oracle Tutor.
Derek Gittoes
Derek Gittoes is responsible for Oracles transportation management and global trade management products. In addition, Mr. Gittoes is responsible for Oracle’s product strategy for the Logistics Service Provider industry. Prior to joining Oracle in 2003, Mr. Gittoes was Vice President, Product Solutions at Global Logistics Technologies (G-Log), where he was responsible for product marketing. Mr. Gittoes was also a founder and Managing Director of Transport Dynamics, a company that specialized in the development of real-time optimization software for transportation companies.
Mr. Gittoes holds a Master of Science in Engineering degree from Princeton University, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Manitoba.
Cliff Godwin
Cliff Godwin is responsible for the Oracle E-Business Suite and Higher Education businesses. Mr. Godwin has been a member of the senior management team of Oracle’s Applications business for most of his 18 years at Oracle.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Godwin led the Applications Technology Group which is responsible for ensuring that the Oracle E-Business Suite effectively leverages Oracle’s systems technologies, and for building the common objects and services used throughout the Oracle E-Business Suite.
Mr. Godwin holds M.S. degrees in Mathematics and Operations Research from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Roger Goossens
Roger Goossens is responsible for the development of the value chain planning applications, including demand signal management, demand management, sales and operations planning, integrated business planning, network design, supply and distribution planning, order promising, production scheduling, service parts planning, collaborative planning and planning analytics. Mr. Goossens has been with Oracle for more than 18 years and has received patents on user interface design and cost methodology for project-based manufacturing. He has been a frequent speaker at key Oracle events for more than a decade. In 2009, he was awarded the Oracle Applications User Group (OAUG) Ambassador Award for excellence in contribution.
Mr. Goossens received a computer science degree from the HTS/HIO Heerlen in the Netherlands.
Susan Logan
Susan Logan is responsible for identification and creation of solutions to solve business problems confronted by Oracle’s Global Public Sector market, with a focus on North America Public Sector. Her responsibilities include sales, business development, partner management and customer support for Oracle’s Public Sector market. Susan has been with Oracle since 1989 and has served in various roles, and one of her current responsibilities is as the Public Sector advocate representing requirements into the Research and Development organization. In that capacity, Susan supports the public sector market by working with the development organization to enhance product solutions to meet the complex and changing needs of Federal, State and Local governments.
Susan has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland at College Park, and an MBA in Information Systems Management from George Washington University.
Michael J. Malwitz
Michael Malwitz joined Hyperion in 1999 and Oracle in July 2007 through the purchase of Hyperion by Oracle. Prior to Hyperion, he was Director of Financial Information Systems at a Fortune 500 company and, over 13 years, held management positions in internal audit, contracts, financial planning and analysis for the same company. He holds degrees from Florida State University and New York University in Business and Accounting.
John O’Rourke
With a background in accounting and finance, John O’Rouke has over 25 years of experience in the software industry, and 12 years of experience in Product Marketing at Hyperion and Oracle. John has also held positions in strategic marketing and product marketing at Dun & Bradstreet Software, and Kenan Systems before joining Hyperion.
John has a BS degree in accounting from Bentley College and an MBA from Boston College.
Joe Thomas
Joe Thomas has spent nearly 20 years focused on selling, marketing and implementing business intelligence, enterprise performance management and information portals and was part of the M&A team that brought IRI Software (now the Oracle OLAP Option), PeopleSoft, Siebel, and Hyperion into the Oracle Business Intelligence portfolio of offerings. Joe is a frequent presenter at events with the OAUG, IOUG, The Economist, TDWI, CIO Magazine, Information Week, CFO.com and Oracle Open World.
