Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. One-day, Two-day, Exhibit Booth Staff and Exhibit Hall Only registrations are not refundable. Cancellations must be received in writing to registration@oaug.com or by fax to +1 404.240.0998 according to the following schedule:

Conference Pass Substitution Policy

Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to registration@oaug.com or by fax to +1 404.240.0998 by Thursday, April 15, 2010. After Thursday, April 15, 2010, all substitutions must be completed on site. Payment for the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.
